I have not used it, as I thought there was no NAYORI name on the strap, which is what you based your advertisement on. In fact, there was no NAYORI name on anything; even the packaging was free of NAYORI. So if you send me another one, free of charge, with the company logo on it and confirmation that it is genuine, then I will use it and inform you how good or bad the strap is. in order for the device to support my knee....the elevated piece cut into my knee......i had to loosen it but then the support was not there
It feels very supportive but the band behind the knee tends to irritate my skin after a while. I do like the fact that it doesn't slip off when you have it on.

The strap makes no difference whatsoever to my knee pain. They were expensive considering how small they are. They also rubbed red marks on both sides of my knees where the metal bits contact the skin. I would NOT recommend them.

Not impressed, use it every day but it don't work like you say. It looks great in the commercial with the actors that dont have any knee problems! Maybe I can sell them and get my money back.
I have really bad knee pain and wear braces everyday for work. I love these because when I get home I can wear them wherever I go and I don't have to wear full knee braces. I also wear these at work with my knee braces over them and that also works really well. I would highly recommend them to anyone
